2John 1
The Message
1My dear congregation, I, your pastor, love you in very truth. And I'm not alone—everyone who knows the TruthG4245G1588G2959G2532G846G5043G3739G1473G25G1722G225G2532G3756G1473G3441G235G2532G3956G1097G225 2that has taken up permanent residence in us loves you.G1223G225G3588G3306G1722G2254G2532G2071G3326G2257G1519G165 3Let grace, mercy, and peace be with us in truth and love from God the Father and from Jesus Christ, Son of the Father!G5485G2071G3326G5216G1656G1515G3844G2316G3962G2532G3844G2962G2424G5547G5207G3962G1722G225G2532G26 4I can't tell you how happy I am to learn that many members of your congregation are diligent in living out the Truth, exactly as commanded by the Father.G5463G3029G3754G2147G1537G4675G5043G4043G1722G225G2531G2983G1785G3844G3962 5But permit me a reminder, friends, and this is not a new commandment but simply a repetition of our original and basic charter: that we love each other.G2532G3568G2065G4571G2959G3756G5613G1125G1125G2537G1785G4671G235G3739G2192G575G746G2443G25G240 6Love means following his commandments, and his unifying commandment is that you conduct your lives in love. This is the first thing you heard, and nothing has changed.G2532G3778G2076G26G2443G4043G2596G846G1785G3778G2076G1785G2443G2531G191G575G746G4043G1722G846

Don’t Walk Out on God

7There are a lot of smooth-talking charlatans loose in the world who refuse to believe that Jesus Christ was truly human, a flesh-and-blood human being. Give them their true title: Deceiver! Antichrist!G3754G4183G4108G1525G1519G2889G3588G3670G3361G2424G5547G2064G1722G4561G3778G2076G4108G2532G500 8And be very careful around them so you don't lose out on what we've worked so diligently in together; I want you to get every reward you have coming to you.G991G1438G3363G622G3363G3739G2038G235G618G4134G3408 9Anyone who gets so progressive in his thinking that he walks out on the teaching of Christ, walks out on God. But whoever stays with the teaching, stays faithful to both the Father and the Son.G3956G3845G2532G3306G3361G1722G1322G5547G2192G3756G2316G3306G1722G1322G5547G3778G2192G2532G3962G2532G5207 10If anyone shows up who doesn't hold to this teaching, don't invite him in and give him the run of the place.G1536G2064G1536G5100G4314G5209G2532G5342G3756G5026G1322G2983G846G3361G1519G3614G2532G3361G3004G846G5463 11That would just give him a platform to perpetuate his evil ways, making you his partner.G1063G3004G846G5463G2841G846G4190G2041 12I have a lot more things to tell you, but I'd rather not use paper and ink. I hope to be there soon in person and have a heart-to-heart talk. That will be far more satisfying to both you and me.G2192G4183G1125G5213G1014G3756G1223G5489G2532G3188G235G1679G2064G4314G5209G2532G2980G4750G4314G4750G2443G2257G5479G5600G4137 13Everyone here in your sister congregation sends greetings.G5043G4675G1588G79G782G4571G281
