Cave of Adullam is the place where David rested and found strength during his time of transition 1Samuel 22:1-2.
For executives in career transitions, Dr. Sang Sur invites you rest and trust God together with other similar career-leveled Christians to find rest and strength in this twelve (12) week program. He is an accomplished executive coach, a Christian pastor and an executive himself. He seeks to help you keep your trust in God during this phase in your life, and be ready to be used by Him as He provides you the next steps.
God called us to the marketplace, and it is God who will provide and direct our paths. Yet, you may feel like David who, at no fault of his own, was cast away and marked as a fugitive. God refines those He loves and the journey that you experience today is part of His plan. The question may be, would you remain faithful to Him and acknowledge Him from the cave and beyond?
You are welcome to join us in this program if you are a Christian who has the experience to seek executive roles in mid to large corporations, and would like to network with other believers and grow together during your transition. We will review your form then schedule a conversation with you to place you in the right group.
We intentionally gather in small groups (7 people max), so that we can get to know, support, and pray for each other deeply.
Though this program is provided free of charge, it requires you to be committed to your small group during the program period. You may visit the first meeting to change your mind, but you must let us know immediately if this program does not support your needs. Dr. Sang Sur himself will lead each group, and the members will identify the weekly meet times.
General activities in each group meeting may include prayer, sharing of the Word, fellowship, and other topics for discussion. Dr. Sang Sur (and the possibly the members of your small group) may also spend time with you personally, outside the group meetings, to support you in your pursuits.
