Church/Organization management @ Prayer Tents:

In order for you to manage your church/organization information, an ownership approval process must be followed. This is to verify that you are authorized to represent your organization and that you agree to the Christian faith and will honor God with any media you present to the general public. Once you complete your registration, your church will be shown as trustworthy and you will have full administrative access over any information shared about your organization.

Here’s how it works:

1. Apply for Organizational Management Access below including who (“administrative users”) from your organization should gain management access.


2. Prayer Tents staff will then manually verify you in following ways:
• Quick Verification – you have an organization website and it clearly shows the name and email of the approving pastor/leader, and it matches your submission.
• When Quick Verification cannot be processed, a phone call may be made to your organization’s main phone number to request verbal approval from approving pastor/leader.
• When unreachable or uncertain, a letter will be sent requesting formal approval on the organization's letterhead. The church must show express permission to names/emails of those that are requested access, and must come from someone with someone of leadership with the name of the organization on the letterhead.


3. Once verified, the approving pastor and users that are now granted access will receive email notification of their approval. Their ability to update church information/media begins once they register at Prayer Tents with their specified emails.
