80% of success is being there.
I hated that phrase, especially when I wanted to miss classes or sometimes even work. But it is true in many cases, that even if you were to come to class and doze off and do nothing—that your attendance grade may keep you afloat. Who knows, maybe the professor provides you with a cheat sheet that day, or you meet someone that can greatly help you.
Whatever the case, many times, we get tired, we don't feel like it—so we just bail. We decide to not go. And that loss, is no different in God's calling.
Sometimes, when He asks us to join in on what He is doing, which is often the amazing experience that often fulfills part of our destiny, there will be many factors (including spiritual, physical, emotional—as Satan is against your growth) that may push us toward just bailing.
Yet, Moses and Aaron could not have accomplished what they did if they did not go to where God told them to go. In reality, they just went and God took care of the rest of the miracles and words to speak. For us, be open to the Spirit, and go—be there—when the Lord directs you—this is where the supernatural happens.
27Now the LORD had said to Aaron, “Go out into the wilderness to meet Moses.” So Aaron went and met Moses at the mountain of God, and he embraced him. 28Moses then told Aaron everything the LORD had commanded him to say. And he told him about the miraculous signs the LORD had commanded him to perform. 29Then Moses and Aaron returned to Egypt and called all the elders of Israel together. 30Aaron told them everything the LORD had told Moses, and Moses performed the miraculous signs as they watched.
