The Lamb and the 144,000

14Then I saw the Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with him were 144,000 who had his name and his Father's name written on their foreheads.G2532G1492G2532G2400G721G2476G1909G3735G4622G2532G3326G846G1540G5062G5064G5505G2192G846G3962G3686G1125G1909G846G3359 2And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of mighty ocean waves or the rolling of loud thunder. It was like the sound of many harpists playing together.G2532G191G5456G1537G3772G5613G5456G4183G5204G2532G5613G5456G3173G1027G2532G191G5456G2790G2789G1722G846G2788 3This great choir sang a wonderful new song in front of the throne of God and before the four living beings and the twenty-four elders. No one could learn this song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth.G2532G103G5613G2537G5603G1799G2362G2532G1799G5064G2226G2532G4245G2532G3762G1410G3129G5603G1508G1540G5062G5064G5505G3588G59G575G1093 4They have kept themselves as pure as virgins, following the Lamb wherever he goes. They have been purchased from among the people on the earth as a special offering to God and to the Lamb.G3778G1526G3739G3435G3756G3435G3326G1135G1063G1526G3933G3778G1526G3588G190G721G3699G302G5217G3778G59G575G444G536G2316G2532G721 5They have told no lies; they are without blame.G2532G1722G846G4750G2147G3756G1388G1063G1526G299G1799G2362G2316

The Three Angels

6And I saw another angel flying through the sky, carrying the eternal Good News to proclaim to the people who belong to this world—to every nation, tribe, language, and people.G2532G1492G243G32G4072G1722G3321G2192G166G2098G2097G2730G1909G1093G2532G3956G1484G2532G5443G2532G1100G2532G2992 7"Fear God," he shouted. "Give glory to him. For the time has come when he will sit as judge. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea, and all the springs of water."G3004G1722G3173G5456G5399G2316G2532G1325G1391G846G3754G5610G846G2920G2064G2532G4352G4160G3772G2532G1093G2532G2281G2532G4077G5204 8Then another angel followed him through the sky, shouting, "Babylon is fallen—that great city is fallen—because she made all the nations of the world drink the wine of her passionate immorality."G2532G190G243G32G3004G897G4098G4098G3173G4172G3754G4222G3956G1484G4222G1537G3631G2372G846G4202 9Then a third angel followed them, shouting, "Anyone who worships the beast and his statue or who accepts his mark on the forehead or on the handG2532G5154G32G190G846G3004G1722G3173G5456G1536G4352G2342G2532G846G1504G2532G2983G5480G1909G846G3359G2228G1909G846G5495 10must drink the wine of God's anger. It has been poured full strength into God's cup of wrath. And they will be tormented with fire and burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and the Lamb.G846G2532G4095G1537G3631G2372G2316G3588G2767G194G1722G4221G846G3709G2532G928G1722G4442G2532G2303G1799G40G32G2532G1799G721 11The smoke of their torment will rise forever and ever, and they will have no relief day or night, for they have worshiped the beast and his statue and have accepted the mark of his name."G2532G2586G846G929G305G1519G165G165G2532G2192G3756G372G2250G2532G3571G3588G4352G2342G2532G846G1504G2532G1536G2983G5480G846G3686 12This means that God's holy people must endure persecution patiently, obeying his commands and maintaining their faith in Jesus.G5602G2076G5281G40G5602G5083G1785G2316G2532G4102G2424 13And I heard a voice from heaven saying, "Write this down: Blessed are those who die in the Lord from now on. Yes, says the Spirit, they are blessed indeed, for they will rest from their hard work; for their good deeds follow them!"G2532G191G5456G1537G3772G3004G3427G1125G3107G3498G3588G599G1722G2962G534G3483G3004G4151G2443G373G1537G846G2873G1161G846G2041G190G3326G846

The Harvest of the Earth

14Then I saw a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was someone like the Son of Man. He had a gold crown on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand.G2532G1492G2532G2400G3022G3507G2532G1909G3507G2521G3664G5207G444G2192G1909G846G2776G5552G4735G2532G1722G846G5495G3691G1407 15Then another angel came from the Temple and shouted to the one sitting on the cloud, "Swing the sickle, for the time of harvest has come; the crop on earth is ripe."G2532G243G32G1831G1537G3485G2896G1722G3173G5456G2521G1909G3507G3992G4675G1407G2532G2325G3754G5610G2064G4671G2325G3754G2326G1093G3583 16So the one sitting on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the whole earth was harvested.G2532G2521G1909G3507G906G846G1407G1909G1093G2532G1093G2325 17After that, another angel came from the Temple in heaven, and he also had a sharp sickle.G2532G243G32G1831G1537G3485G3588G1722G3772G846G2532G2192G3691G1407 18Then another angel, who had power to destroy with fire, came from the altar. He shouted to the angel with the sharp sickle, "Swing your sickle now to gather the clusters of grapes from the vines of the earth, for they are ripe for judgment."G2532G243G32G1831G1537G2379G2192G1849G1909G4442G2532G5455G3173G2906G2192G3691G1407G3004G3992G4675G3691G1407G2532G5166G1009G288G1093G3754G846G4718G187 19So the angel swung his sickle over the earth and loaded the grapes into the great winepress of God's wrath.G2532G32G906G846G1407G1519G1093G2532G5166G288G1093G2532G906G1519G3173G3025G2372G2316 20The grapes were trampled in the winepress outside the city, and blood flowed from the winepress in a stream about 180 miles long and as high as a horse's bridle.G2532G3025G3961G1854G4172G2532G129G1831G1537G3025G891G2462G5469G575G5507G1812G4712
