New Living Translation Help
36"The LORD has gifted Bezalel, Oholiab, and the other skilled craftsmen with wisdom and ability to perform any task involved in building the sanctuary. Let them construct and furnish the Tabernacle, just as the LORD has commanded."H6213H1212H171H2450H3820H376H1992H3068H5414H2451H8394H3045H6213H4399H5656H6944H3068H6680 2So Moses summoned Bezalel and Oholiab and all the others who were specially gifted by the LORD and were eager to get to work.H4872H7121H1212H171H2450H3820H376H3820H3068H5414H2451H3820H5375H7126H4399H6213 3Moses gave them the materials donated by the people of Israel as sacred offerings for the completion of the sanctuary. But the people continued to bring additional gifts each morning.H3947H6440H4872H8641H1121H3478H935H4399H5656H6944H6213H935H5071H1242 4Finally the craftsmen who were working on the sanctuary left their work.H2450H6213H4399H6944H935H376H4399H6213 5They went to Moses and reported, "The people have given more than enough materials to complete the job the LORD has commanded us to do!"H559H4872H559H5971H935H7235H1767H5656H4399H3068H6680H6213 6So Moses gave the command, and this message was sent throughout the camp: "Men and women, don't prepare any more gifts for the sanctuary. We have enough!" So the people stopped bringing their sacred offerings.H4872H6680H6963H5674H4264H559H376H802H6213H4399H8641H6944H5971H3607H935 7Their contributions were more than enough to complete the whole project.H4399H1767H4399H6213H3498

In this way, the Tabernacle was made of one continuous piece.H6213H2572H7165H2091H2266H3407H259H259H7165H259H4908 14He made eleven curtains of goat-hair cloth to serve as a tent covering for the Tabernacle.H6213H3407H5795H168H4908H6249H6240H3407H6213 15These eleven curtains were all exactly the same size—45 feet long and 6 feet wide.H753H259H3407H7970H520H702H520H7341H259H3407H6249H6240H3407H259H4060 16Bezalel joined five of these curtains together to make one long curtain, and the other six were joined to make a second long curtain.H2266H2568H3407H8337H3407 17He made fifty loops for the edge of each large curtain.H6213H2572H3924H7020H8193H3407H4225H2572H3924H6213H8193H3407H2279H8145 18He also made fifty bronze clasps to fasten the long curtains together. In this way, the tent covering was made of one continuous piece.H6213H2572H7165H5178H2266H168H2266H259 19He completed the tent covering with a layer of tanned ram skins and a layer of fine goatskin leather.H6213H4372H168H352H5785H119H4372H8476H5785H4605 20For the framework of the Tabernacle, Bezalel constructed frames of acacia wood.H6213H7175H4908H7848H6086H5975 21Each frame was 15 feet high and 27 inches wide,H753H7175H6235H520H7341H7175H259H520H2677 22with two pegs under each frame. All the frames were identical.H259H7175H8147H3027H7947H259H413H259H6213H7175H4908 23He made twenty of these frames to support the curtains on the south side of the Tabernacle.H6213H7175H4908H6242H7175H5045H6285H8486 24He also made forty silver bases—two bases under each frame, with the pegs fitting securely into the bases.H705H134H3701H6213H6242H7175H8147H134H259H7175H8147H3027H8147H134H259H7175H8147H3027 25For the north side of the Tabernacle, he made another twenty frames,H8145H6763H4908H6828H6285H6213H6242H7175 26with their forty silver bases, two bases under each frame.H705H134H3701H8147H134H259H7175H8147H134H259H7175 27He made six frames for the rear—the west side of the Tabernacle—H3411H4908H3220H6213H8337H7175 28along with two additional frames to reinforce the rear corners of the Tabernacle.H8147H7175H6213H4742H4908H3411 29These corner frames were matched at the bottom and firmly attached at the top with a single ring, forming a single corner unit.
